Pretty much, it’s a decent tablet. It’s sensitivity is a bit ranged unlike bamboo but it’s very manageable. It works well with windows 7, just a bit of a hassle to figure out how to make it compatible with windows 7. You have to look online for it. In my vid review, my speech may not be top notch but it’s definitely worth a buy if you want a cheap tablet that works well. It’s presentation when you open the box and functions you can do with it make it seem too good to be true. The fact is that it is very good for a beginner artist and is definitely a bargain.

This works perfectly for me: I completely replaced my mouse with this device. Its a completely different experience – you just don’t grow tired like using a mouse. I was a little skeptical because of the price but it performs like a charm – all the taps and drags work perfectly well – drawing is great – the right click function in the pen is also a great addition. However, the one drawback I see in this device is that it does not allow my Mac to go to sleep. Therefore I have to switch off my computer if it is going to be idle for a considerable period of time (this is good for the environment so not quite a serious draw back).

Gets the job done, but not much else, November 4, 2010

I purchased this product after my bamboo writing tablet went out of commission on me, I mainly purchased it for the price, I’m a college student and don’t have the money to purchase a truely good pen tablet, the only reason this product doesn’t at least get a four from me is that I can’t get the settings window to come up on my windows 7 computer, so baisically this pen becomes useless for drawing and other such task since the pressure sensitivity can only be modified using the settings window. But as for my main uses like note taking and concept sketches it works fine but thats about the only thing it is good for. I also don’t know if it has this feature but the eraiser end doesn’t work either, and this is one of the best things about a good pen tab.

So to sum up, it is good for not taking and other minor tasks, but if you can get the settings window to come up I’m sure that the pen would be a lot better.
